檢測方法:

The test detects Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Ureaplasma parvum, Mycoplasma hominis, HSV 1, HSV 2, Treponema pallidum, Candida albicans and Gardnerella vaginalis by multiplex realtime PCR, which targets and amplifies the conservative DNA regions of respective pathogens and report with different coloured florescence signals at the same time.
